The problem
Brown water stains were spreading across the ceiling tiles, and water was reaching the floor below.
What we did
- Opened the suspended ceiling to find the source
- Traced the leak to a joint on the drain line
- Repaired the joint and checked it with water running
- Closed up and left the area clean
The result
No more water on the ceiling tiles or the floor below.
